I just wanted to share how much I love living in this mobile home park! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and the residents are so friendly. It's nice to have neighbors who look out for each other. The landscaping is beautiful, and I appreciate how clean the park is kept. The management is attentive and genuinely cares about making this place nice for everyone. I did have a small issue with some plumbing in my home, but the maintenance team came out quickly to fix it, which I really appreciated! It would be great to have more community activities throughout the year to encourage even more neighborly interaction. But honestly, that’s just a minor wish; I think this park is fantastic and a great value for what you get. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe and friendly place to call home!

I’ve been living here for a few months now, and I’ve found it to be a pleasant experience overall. The sense of community is wonderful; I often see neighbors chatting and helping each other out. The homes are cozy, and I appreciate the space I have for gardening. The park itself is well-kept, with plenty of greenery, which I love! One thing that I think could use some improvement is the play area for kids; while it’s functional, it could use some upgrades for safety and added fun. However, the staff has been very open to feedback, so I’m hopeful they’ll make improvements soon. I also want to mention the pet-friendly policy, which is a huge advantage for me as a dog owner. I enjoy taking my pup for walks around the park. If you're looking for a peaceful place with a great neighborhood feel, this is certainly worth considering!

I especially enjoyed the Halloween celebration last year; the kids had a blast! The management team is approachable, and any maintenance requests I’ve had were addressed quickly, which is a huge plus. One thing I would suggest is to have more frequent updates on the community board to keep everyone in the loop about events and notices.
